Arnie Iversen is the Chairman of The Nostrum Group Limited.
Arnie joined The Nostrum Group board in August 2009. A well respected industry figure, he has over 35 years experience and a deep understanding of the financial services sector. Arnie has held several successful board positions with Venutra, GE Capital, GMAC, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group and most recently T.I.S. Group. He brings with him vast industry and corporate experience.
Richard Carter is Chief Executive of The Nostrum Group Limited and is focused on helping international financial organisations manage change.
With over 15 years of wide ranging experience in the finance sector he has advised a broad range of businesses on how to best maximise their potential through the use of IT and outsource services.
Previously Managing Director of pancredit Systems, Richard has been involved in a number of technology and operational projects worldwide and is a regular contributor to the trade press and speaks at various key industry events and conferences.
Alex Stephen is a Director of The Nostrum Group and Chief Executive of icenet Limited. Alex joined in April 2004 as Head of Technology at The Nostrum Group, bringing with him almost 20 years experience of providing systems to the lending and banking sector including senior roles at Tenhill Computer Systems and most recently at pancredit as Managing Director.
In February 2005 Alex was promoted to Chief Executive of icenet and has since had a dramatic impact on the growth and strategic direction of the business. During his career Alex has developed a strong understanding of what is required for an organisation to succeed in the competitive environment of financial software solutions and how to maximised long term opportunities through the maintenance of excellent customer relationships with customers, staff and investors.
Alex has hands on experience of developing and implementing company strategies and change programmes throughout organisations to deliver strategic goals and has demonstrated a tactical ability to turn around company fortunes. Alex is a regular contributor to the trade press and speaks at various key industry events and conferences.
