Customer Account Advisors
Working in a busy customer service environment, you will be supporting application processing and customer service functions to provide the highest levels of customer service. Experience in a contact centre environment is preferable, but not essential so long as you have excellent telephone skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and progress.

Payment Negotiators
Working in a busy customer service environment, you will be supporting credit control functions ranging from taking payments through to late stage arrears on consumer and asset finance portfolios. The role will encompass a customer service function typically resolving customer queries, making changes to payment dates or personal information and providing statements and settlement requests.

Finance Assistants
Working within a small team, you will be assisting with the smooth running of client finances to ensure they are dealt with accurately and effectively. The role will include the processing of customer payments, refunds and reconciliation of customer agreements. You will also be involved in communicating with clients, producing reports and making inbound/outbound calls to customers to confirm finance details and to address any concerns.
