Neil’s background in investment banking, trading and other senior financial services roles means he is adept at producing complex pricing models to provide support to the CEO whilst managing the associated risk by handling all contractual negotiations.

Neil joined Nostrum in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer, and is a qualified chartered accountant with nearly 20 years experience in highly regulated financial services businesses. Having started his career at Andersen he went on to hold senior roles at Bear Stearns and Bank of America. In 2008 he joined HML, Europe’s largest mortgage processing outsourcer, where he was Chief Commercial & Finance Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive. Following Nostrum’s acquisition by Equiniti, Neil now occupies the role of Transition Director for Equiniti Credit Services.

Neil was previously a board member of the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP) and chaired a subcommittee responsible for the Growing Places Fund. He currently holds a position on the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) representing FinTech for the Yorkshire & Humber region.
